Elevate Stat Privacy Policy
Elevate Stat is operated by PineBelt Rise (“PineBelt Rise,” “Elevate Stat,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and disclosed when individuals use the Elevate Stat mobile application, websites, services, and related features.
By using Elevate Stat, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Account and Contact Information. We may collect a user's name, email address, username, account identifier, role, team or organization affiliation, and other information necessary to create and maintain an Elevate Stat account.
Team and Player Information. Elevate Stat may store information associated with teams, coaches, players, parents or guardians, assistant coaches, stat keepers, and other authorized team personnel. This may include roster information, player position, jersey information, team information, season information, game information, and basketball statistics.
Basketball Statistics and Game Data. Elevate Stat may collect and store basketball-related information entered by authorized users, including points, rebounds, assists, steals, blocks, turnovers, fouls, shooting statistics, shot locations, lineups, game events, scores, and other basketball performance information. Basketball performance statistics are used for sports statistics and team-management purposes and are not intended to provide medical diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or health advice.
Photos and Videos. Authorized users may upload content such as player headshots, team logos, highlight videos, thumbnails, and other basketball-related media. This content may be associated with the appropriate player, team, game, or account.
Communications and User Content. Elevate Stat may provide communication features between authorized users. Messages and other content submitted through these features may be stored so the communication service can function.
User Identifiers. We may assign and maintain internal identifiers that connect users with their accounts, roles, teams, organizations, players, games, and permissions.
2. How We Use Information
We may use information to provide and operate Elevate Stat; authenticate users; maintain accounts and permissions; connect users to authorized teams and organizations; manage rosters and games; record and display basketball statistics; provide reports and analytics based on basketball performance data; provide communication features; store and display authorized photos, videos, and highlights; synchronize game and statistical information across authorized devices; maintain security and prevent unauthorized access; provide customer support; and comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not intend to use users' names, email addresses, communications, photos, videos, user-generated content, or account identifiers to track users across apps or websites owned by other companies for advertising purposes.
3. Roles, Permissions, and Access
Elevate Stat uses role-based and team-based permissions. Access to information may depend on the user's relationship to a team or organization and the permissions associated with the user's account. Roles may include Head Coach, Assistant Coach, Player, Parent or Guardian, Stat Keeper, and other authorized roles supported by Elevate. Users should only have access to teams, players, games, communications, and other information they are authorized to access.
4. Player Information and Minors
Elevate Stat is designed for basketball organizations, teams, coaches, players, and families, and some players using or represented within the service may be minors. We recognize that information concerning children and teenagers requires particular care.
Access to player information is intended to be limited according to legitimate team, organization, parent/guardian, coach, staff, and player relationships and applicable permissions. Where parental or guardian consent is required by applicable law, Elevate Stat and participating organizations are expected to obtain or maintain the appropriate authorization before collecting or using information requiring such consent. Elevate Stat is not designed as an unrestricted social network for children.
5. Photos, Videos, and Highlights
Player photos, team logos, videos, and highlights may be uploaded by authorized users. Users who upload content are responsible for having the rights and permissions necessary to provide that content to Elevate Stat.
Player highlights or approved player-profile content may be intentionally shared outside Elevate Stat when an authorized user chooses to use an available sharing feature. Private account, team, or organization information is not intended to become public merely because an individual highlight or approved profile is shared.
6. Communications
Elevate Stat may allow authorized users to communicate with other users with whom they have an appropriate team, organization, player, or role-based relationship. Communications may be stored and processed as necessary to deliver messages, maintain conversations, provide notifications, enforce permissions, address abuse or security issues, and operate the communication service.
7. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
Information may be shared with service providers that assist us in operating Elevate Stat, such as hosting, database, storage, communications, security, infrastructure, and other technology providers. These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services to us and subject to applicable agreements and legal requirements.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, or lawful government requests; protect the rights, property, or safety of users, PineBelt Rise, or others; investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents; or facilitate a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or transfer of the business, subject to applicable law.
8. Advertising and Tracking
Elevate Stat is not intended to use the personal data described in this policy for cross-app or cross-website advertising tracking. If our practices materially change in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and applicable platform privacy disclosures as required.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security, and users should protect their account credentials and notify us if they believe their account has been compromised.
10. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Elevate Stat, maintain legitimate business and security records, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and support authorized historical team, game, and statistical records. Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information and the reason it is maintained.
11. Account and Data Requests
Subject to applicable law and appropriate identity verification, users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information associated with their account. Some information may need to be retained when required by law, necessary for security or fraud prevention, necessary to protect other users' rights, or legitimately maintained as part of team, game, transaction, or organizational records.

12. United States and Canada
Elevate Stat may be offered in the United States and Canada. Users may have privacy rights under federal, state, provincial, or other applicable privacy laws depending on where they reside. We will process valid privacy requests as required by applicable law.
13. Third-Party Services
Elevate Stat may rely on third-party technology providers to operate portions of the service. Before the production release of Elevate Stat, this Privacy Policy and our App Store privacy disclosures will be reviewed against the third-party services and software development kits actually included in the production application. Third-party services may also maintain their own privacy policies where applicable.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Elevate Stat develops, our practices change, or legal requirements change. When appropriate, we will update the Last Updated date and provide additional notice of material changes.
